Comments (8)Hi Angela, the extra lighting can be attributed to the opening of the space with the removal of interior walls and the selection of lighter finishes. Comments (5)Dreamer, with all due respect, I think it’ll take more than changing the colour of a blind to improve the original kitchen. The new update improves bench space and flow considerably. For instance the BEFORE area around the stove is tight and the position of the pantry is smack bang in the middle of the engine of the kitchen. IMO if you haven’t got the luxury of a walk-in pantry, then it’s best to have the pantry and the fridge at the ends of this style of kitchen, if possible, especially if you have hungry teenagers and large grocery shopping to unload.
