Alliance Robes

Appalling 3 month process from an uncommunicative business that left with a wardrobe that doesn’t open because their joinery overlaps, without handles because they couldn’t work out a plan, with lighting that looks like it should light a Kebab shop, with a panel that isn’t screwed in because they’d forgot and hoped we wouldn’t notice and of course the room was left like a bomb site and the wardrobe filthy. And leave aside the $20k cost that multiple installers have told us cost no more than $5k in materials. We are posting this end of the line Karen-ish review because getting a response from this business is like raising the dead. I have texted again this morning. Call me !!

I have had a number of wardrobes completed in my home by Alliance Robes as well as an office and TV cabinet. Their work is always impeccable with their designers and installers being professional and informative for the entire process. I would 100% recommend this company to any of my friends and family for their office and wardrobe needs.

The push to pull drawers on my new and expensive wardrobe kept breaking - they would pop open, not close properly, sit without being flush. I regularly asked them to come and repair the runners that were causing the problem. They did this, but one workman stated that the runners were very cheap considering the cost of the wardrobe and that he would speak to the boss about replacing them with appropriate runners. I ended up speaking to the boss who stated that I must be pulling the drawers and not pushing them to open. (This is impossible if they are sitting flush as the only way you can open them is to push them - also it doesn't make sense that I would wish to break my new and expensive wardrobe). It was left unfixed and I was told that I was not telling the truth. It was an expensive and unpleasant experience. I'm not sure if the honest workman is still employed there as the company refused to discuss his statement.

Alliance Robes have recently converted a spare bedroom in my home into a fabulous dressing room. I am absolutely delighted with the end result. I only wish I had visited Alliance Robes sooner. From my initial enquiry, followed by the design phase and right through to the installation itself, Alliance Robes service and attention to detail was truly 5 star. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have recently had an extra chest of drawers added designed specifically for jewellery and once again the service has been excellent. I would encourage anyone considering installing a wardrobe or dressing room to visit their Subaiaco showroom where you can view the quality of their product and experience their customer service first hand.

After visiting the showroom a couple of times (and another showroom), we engaged Alliance to design, manufacture and install a large wardrobe and a chest of draws. We were impressed by the Alison's professionalism, her knowledge and her helpfulness. Clearly the measuring-up was done accurately because the fit is remarkably good. The installation was into a 40 year old building which was not so accurately built, but the installed finish is nevertheless perfect. Handing over a fair amount of money to Caroline was a joy in itself. Everything happened in the stated time frame and when an adjustment of a door track was needed a week or two after installation, it was made on the day we reported it. Amazing! We cannot recommend Alliance highly enough. Don't look for cheaper substitutes, get the value for money, even if you need to scale back a bit (or sell one of your children). Nola & Bill

Our designer listened to our needs and provided us with a unique and stylish solution for our wardrobes and custom built cupboard. The installation was quick, clean and hassle free and I would have no hesitation in recommending their service. We are more than happy with the extra storage space and the finished product looks amazing.
