Three generations of strong family values underpin our delivery of quality workmanship and the lasting relationships we have developed. Peter Capozzi the Managing Director of Capozzi Building is the second generation owner of Capozzi Building which was established in 1962. Peter works closely with his son Simon to continue the family legacy of designing and building quality homes with outstanding personalised service and flexibility. When you choose Capozzi Building you work directly with the Builder, not with a sales rep! A small team results in our signature personalised service, we believe that communication is key and dealing with the Builder through every step of the building process means that you always know what's happening.

Capozzi Building won the tender for our development at Carine Rise. 16 luxury, high-spec apartments across two sites, both buildings 3 storeys, serviced by a lift. Simon, Drew & Peter set themselves a very challenging turnaround target, and we are almost there - on time and on budget. We are extremely impressed with their service & communication, and would highly recommend Capozzi to other developers or owner-occupiers.

I have had the pleasure in contracting Capozzi Building for my last two projects in East Fremantle. Peter and his team are hands on and with his experience were able to problem solve issues in the most economical way. Capozzi's team of trades were consistently on time, very efficient and cost effective. Any variations i requested were accepted and completed with no fuss, site meetings were attended at all hours, even on Sundays when required! I highly recommend Capozzi Building for any project build in the future.

I am a contractor providing I.T support for Peter and his team at Capozzi Building since 2010. Over the years I have watched the company grow from strength to strength. Seeing that they are focused on re-investment and continued growth. Whilst onsite and over the phone I have found they conduct themselves in a professional manner and are quick to reply to enquires I make. On a personal level the business owner Peter has a down to earth character who is a good listener. All round I have found working with this company a real pleasure and am happy to give them my professional recommendation.
