I ordered 2 items from exotic I terrors, Karen Free responded with order confirmation quickly, and bank details. I paid directly to the bank account (PayPal is my usual method). I have not received my order, tried numerous telephone numbers, emails, to no avail. I then got an email saying the money would be refunded, it had been nearly 3 weeks, no money, no phone call, no email explaining why.

Commented: can you make the spout higher or thicker, would like more cascadingThe cascading depends on the power of the pump. It has a high spout it does not show it in the picture.
