Paula Madsen has been a delight to work with. So much so, she is now assisting us with decorating our new home in Western Australia. On the first occasion Paula Madsen assisted my husband and I with the presentation of our home in Armadale, Victoria, to go onto the real estate market. Whilst she was working with the eclectic mix of our furnishings and a property which had not been touched in 25 years the property looked more than presentable. With her assistance we far exceeded our expectations for the sale. On this second occasion we are working on our new home with renovations to the kitchen and two bathrooms along with a general redecoration. Even though we are in WA and she in Victoria, the lines of communication are always open and fully productive and together we are making steady progress. The end result for a small but architecturally designed home we feel will be fantastic. Paula's ability to understand a building and its structure along with understanding of her client and her fabulous design ideas, her attention to detail and overall depth of knowledge, in my opinion makes her the consummate professional.
