MR Design and Drafting

We spent $15k on designs by MR which were nice but twice our budget (all pre-covid). We discovered this after nearly a year of planing and approvals. Their response was that they couldn’t understand why the builder’s quotes were so expensive (we got 4 and some of them were MR’s recommended builders). Paying for professional designers you would expect them to be able to work to a budget. We massively regret going with them and would have been better off going to a draftsperson or doing things ourselves.

We worked with MR Design & Drafting on the recently completed Swanbrook project in Gordon Park. We really enjoyed working with this professional team, and the quality of plans they produced for us to work with.
