We worked with Dock 4 on a new house design. They were extremely respectful of our ideas, preferences and style, delivering a concept that not only met the brief but exceeded expectation. In terms of design, we felt they knew where to hold back and where to highlight special features or inclusions, creating a home that promises to be both subtle and spectacular. They were happy to consult with our preferred builder throughout the process and were able to clearly explain the process from start to finish, outlining expected costs, timeframes and requirements.
