Interior colour - what goes well with white polar quarter dulux colour
Comments (1)Sounds like you have a lot of white in your home! Do you have any interior/exterior images of the spaces in mind? It may be easier to get feedback if we know what we're commenting on. Comments (2)It is impossible to say without seeing the unit and understanding the natural light and the other colours. I would check out this link from Dulux, then run down to Bunnings to get some samples. https://www.dulux.com.au/colour/whites-and-neutrals/most-loved.html Dulux Vivid White always works well on 1960's trims and doors, but it would be too clinical for walls. Comments (10)Do you have any furniture you are wanting to put in there ? Does any of it have any colour ? I like the light floor colour , the rest let's just say it is a good neutral base . I'd start with a new front door -- a darker varnished ( glossy ) wooden door , or possibly even a blue to reference your outside . Then add colour via furniture ( or at least cushions ) , rugs , and artwork . Again , maybe several different blues would tie in with the floor , but also the exterior . If there are only blue exterior highlights , you may want to go for warmer colour inside -- reds , yellows , oranges -- again , ties in with the floor . To this end , I can't understand why people go with 117 shades of grey and offwhite and wheat -- live a colourful life is my attitude , as long as it is themed haha !...See Morewhat colour will suit according to the bed head wall colour.
Comments (11)As said by big reader...leave white or paint the same colour, without the brushed finish, on the other walls. You can not bring another colour in. There is enough colour already with the orange wood and the bed cover. Also, the curtains look too small to pull right across your window correctly. They should be waved not flat when closed....See MoreAndrea Dolson-New Leaf Interiors
