The dust and work boots coming inside the farmhouse used to drive my mum nuts! If you know the brand and name of the brick, do a google image search to look at some of the new builds. That might give an idea of some possible colour schemes that could work. Many new builds have painted rendered portions work well with the brick colour. You could use one of those colours for the verandah or posts, for instance. The main difference in the newer builds is they tend to have a contrasting mortar ie. darker bricks with light mortar.

I love that you have gone for a zinc roof on shed and house. With zinc there is no issues with fading and mould and the matching roofs are enough to match your house and shed. Also it is timeless and leaves more options if you change your mind down the track about wall colour. Like you I am also on a country block and had the same dillema when building my home a few years back. My shed is Jasper with zinc roof and guttering. I debated for ages about painting my house shades to match jasper. Someone said to me.....don't make your house an extension of your shed!! So glad I listened. I painted our house a green similar to coloubond mangrove and went for zinc roof and guttering. Everyone went berserk about the zinc roof and guttering (and the green) when I suggested it, but it looks wonderful!.... and very quality. The brown undertones in the green and jasper brown compliment well. The house also has zinc window frames. You want your house colours to look nice next to shed and also you want the house to catch your eye sooner, but not look too matchy. My suggestion is that you go for zinc guttering on the house to match roof, and introduce a different colour to your house that has grey undertones to look nice next to the shed. Hope this helps. Sadly there aren't any digital, online tools to get super-accurate colour rendition. Most of the online tools give approximate and indicitive looks. There are many reasons for this, including your perception of the colour depending on the quality of light and time of day, and the accuracy of your computer's graphic card and your computer monitor. If you want to see what I mean then do a google image search for a popular Colorbond colour, such as "Surfmist", and you will be amazed at the huge variety of Surfmists show up in images ranging from blinding white to dirty beige! I used to be the national design manager with a large national builder and only by employing skilled graphics artists using top-of-the-line graphic workstations could we get close enough to the real thing, but they were never perfect. The best (and cheapest) option is to get samples of the materials and colours you are looking at, and assemble them together outside (in natural light), and see how they look different at different times of day under different light conditions.
