Comments (3)Hi Lucinda. Thee Quarter tile would not suit I dont think, its a bit old fashioned. I have had both full tile and painted wall in a couple of my previous houses and by far my preferred is full tile. It looks modern and provides a nice reflective surface to allow any natural light to bounce around the room. Tile options if you think the white maybe a bit much is to have a feature stone section. I really like blue stone tile which would really suit the timber as well, both being natural materials. You could place a feature strip between the shower and toilet or if it was me I would do one whole wall out of it, behind the timber look vanity. Hope this helps. Comments (4)I'd suggest replacing your swing door with a sliding door recessed into the wall sliding to right. We did that with our tiny bathroom and it opens up all the wall and space restricted by the door for a vanity next to loo with niche recessed mirror fronted storage above the vanity. Go wall hung to keep floor clear for sense of space....See MoreBathroom tile colours
Comments (20)So I have decided against doing a feature wall on wall running alongside shower as it will make the room too dark. Instead the feature tiles will be on the wall behind the shower mixer. I am now in a quandry re the vanity wall. The floor will be light grey concrete style tiles, walls satin white and the ceiling is a raked ceiling made from baltic pine which over time has gone orangey tone. Do I get a plane white vanity, charred oak timber look (grey), another timber tone? I have decided on 1200 mm wall hung vanity but need help on colour and whether or not I put a mirrored cabinet on wall above vanity also. I originally had decided against any cabinetry above the vanity....See Morebarbieanne68
