Artwork/wall decor for my guest bedroom
Comments (38)Hi, Love the artwork. Because they're so small, how about putting them vertically, side by side on the wall where the bookcase is. I'd either take out the bookcase, or paint it white. If space is an issue in the room, you could maybe replace the bookcase with a small ottoman/ pouf in a textured plain fabric. This gives guests a place to lay their clothes at night or to set an overnight bag. You could consider a LARGE, maybe hectagonal grey framed mirror over the bed to echo the lines in the bedding. The bedding has a lot of pattern and a mirror may be all you need. Most of all, don't rush. Take your time and enjoy the process....See MoreHow would you hang art on this wall?
Comments (25)Some good advice above. Centering a single, large artwork over your couch and adding tall lamps / greenery in the corner is the way to go. But there are no rules with art, and a piece that spans the full width of your sofa, especially in your space, will work much better than one that doesn't. The artwork itself is a very personal choice, but look for a piece that augments your scheme. Ours can be colour customised as you wish - this one could be a good starting point if it resonates with you...See MoreArt work recommendation
Comments (55)Hi Lila, If you are looking for bird artworks (not certain that you are?) we have a whole aviary collection you might like to check out - available in a range of sizes to suite your space. We offer these either framed as shown below, or frame-less, more details at the link, but both use the transparency of the perspex medium to create a stunning three dimensional effect that brings them to life. https://www.signarture.com.au/collections/aviary-fine-art-bird-prints-on-perspex We have a whole range of collections from abstracts to treescapes that you might like to browse for inspiration if birds aren't your thing! https://www.signarture.com.au/...See Morewhich wall art for entry walkway
