New house selections - it's decision time! I just don't know!

I can't decide between these 2 scenarios. An off-whitish tile called Super Crystal White Polished Porcelain 600x600 tiles throughout. With this tile I would choose a Night Sky or Jet Black Caesarstone or maybe the Galileo Essastone (Black) Kitchen Bench Top with an Alabaster Laminated Kitchen Cupboard - which is off whitish (it doesn't come in Silk Finish though and I do like a economical shine) or Sarsen Grey Silk Finish (slightly stoney) Laminated Kitchen Cupboards . Similar to the photo included. I'm not sure about the Laundry or Bathroom vanities in this scenario but would run this tile up the wall of the showers. OR A light grey Polished Porcelain "marbly look" 600 Tile throughout (similar to photo). With that I would choose the Astral White Smartstone Bench Top (has some grey and reflective chips in it) and a White Silk Finish Kitchen Cupboard. In the Laundry in this case I would choose White Silk Finish cupboards as well and a white based Diamond Gloss bench top (I like white laundries) and in the Bathrooms - Charcoal floating vanity cupboards with a White Diamond Gloss bench top but would keep the grey tile to just the floor area and put white tiles up the wall of the shower. I don't like dark bench tops in bathroom vanities because my kids and toothpaste - enough said. The outside of the house is mostly a crisp White with Monument Panel lift door and a Charcoal similar to Monument painted matrix entrance, a shale grey roof - so very much in the greys. Do you think I should carry the greys through to the inside in the tiles? Will grey tiles date quickly? ( I did some terracotta tiles 15yrs ago and it definitely identifies the time period of the house). Do you think all grey floors can look dreary over a large open area? Walls are all white and high ceilings. Do you think it narrows the choices for decorating colours in bed linens etc? There is lots of glass in this house with glass ballustrades including on internal stairs. And Clear Anodised silver louvres in the ceiling. So plenty of stainless steel look as well. Does it lend itself more to following the grey path or is the whitish floor tile the safest path? I am also worried that white can look so different under different lights and will clash if I have white cabinets that might look like the wrong whites together where laminates meet the white tile floor. Polar White makes the whitish tile look cream in some lights. We plan on being there a long time so as much as I like that grey polished concrete look in a tile, will it be too much? The grey tile has a pattern texture which looks interesting where as the white tile fleck disappears when you look at it from afar and will show all the dirt/footprints easily in white....dilemma!!!
