Emulsion is a water based paint that you use on your walls but you can use it on furniture if you sand and prep properly. I use it on pieces that need a reasonably tough finish but you need to sand it to get an interesting finish.

Glad you like it khoryy88. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the cost sheet for our jobs but I do know that the cost of removing a wall can vary greatly. Things to consider include: whether or not it's a load bearing wall (holding the roof up), is plumbing or electrical involved, the type of flooring, how large the wall is, etc. A builder can quote you for the works. If you're interested in renovating your kitchen and the wall you're planning to remove is part of it, we can quote it all together so you have one quote and one company to deal with like we did with this job.

Beautiful. Love your white "Hamptons " style. Interesting your choice of both handles & knobs in the first after pic. The floor is stunning complimenting the cabinetry. I really like the island, looks great as a large work/dining space with out the obstruction of the sink or hot plates. Very fresh timeless. The room dividing cabinetry with above glass display very practical. Well done ✅
