That used to happen if you posted from the activity feed, but I thought that issue had been resolved when I was away. Daughter posted from the library today, and Houzz swapped over our two avatars, then all examples of her avatar looked like mine, then all the photos on a column of polls got jumbled up! I helped her put a complaint.

I have the magnetic knife holder and love it. I hated digging into a drawer full of knives and didn't want to have the places where you store them in the drawer cause mine are always a different size and don't fit and then I end up with empty spaces and knives in drawers. Same for the knife block, plus I don't want to take that mush space on the counter top. I have multi colored pastel colored knives on mine and they're so pretty and I can grab when I need one.

Definitely paint. And an extra tip: We moved into a house with so many boldly coloured walls (turquoise, salmon, yellow, dark blue...!) and ended up finding the Haymes paint was amazing at covering all the colours. In the bathroom we used 2 other brands (Duluxand Taubmans) and they needed manymore coats, I'll only use Haymes now I've tried it. Only needed 2 coats over all the colours, it's not at Bunnings but worth seeking out. We got ours from Paint Spot and the staff were so helpful.

I had 3 female joeys and two bedrooms which led to constant 2 -v- 1 situations so nights were generally a game of musical beds. There was always one child who needed time out or was given time out. When we added the extra bedroom, the serenity was bliss. They could still share when they wanted but it was all up to them, it was not forced on them so relationships definitely improved after that. I think the age of the children and the age difference is a very important aspect. Younger children are more than happy to share for the security and comfort when the lights go out. Older children need their space and privacy especially for study. Children after puberty can get extremely sensitive about their bodies and need privacy more than ever in this adjustment period. You cannot expect to put say an 8 year old with a 3 year old - by 8 kids are usually developing attachments to "special" keepsakes, something 3 year olds don't understand and this can cause a lot of resentment when things get broken or trashed. Pre children I always felt them sharing bedrooms would lead to wonderful relationships, the children would learn to share, care and appreciate each other. Now I'm older and wiser, separate bedrooms is sanity for everyone.
