The detail on the fence should pick up the detail on the house. As it is at present there are no elements of the fence which relate to the house in any way. The piers are also different. It also appears that the wall is single brick. If you paint the fence without waterproof sealing the back of the wall the paint will peal or flake off. The paint even flakes with unsealed double brick as moisture gradually works its way into the bricks. Before doing anything, work out whether the cost of finishing the wall and fence and painting is worth it as the fence will still look alien to the house. However, if it's within your current budget I agree that a simple flat top picket fence would look better with this house with piers only at the gateways. I would also consider removing the concrete directly in front of the fence. Originally it was grass or planted as the two neighbours' verges appear to be. Plant the verge with a low hedge to soften the bulk of the fence, particularly if it's staying as is. Prune the lower suckers or branches of the tree to allow clear access on the footpath.

I would also like help as have picked out those 2 colours for our hamptons build for the roof and cladding which covers half of the front facade. However we have brick on both sides of the cladding and wrapping right around the rest of the house. Did you end up using these colours and if so, do you have any pics you could post? We have been looking at the Sand PGH brick with white mortar but hoping that doesnt look too much all the one shade.

Hard to see the brick clearly on your photo, but it looks like plain colour brick without different colours through it, and no textured finish. So in this example you have a completely different coloured stone and a non patterned brick, which does look okay. But if your brick has various colours and you have a coloured stone wall then it is way too much and the texture and colours compete against each other. This is only my opinion.
