American Light fixtures made to Austalian Elect Standards (240v, 50Hz)

I am interested in some of the American made stainless steel lighting fixtures. However, the voltage ratings are different to Australia (240Volts, 50 Hz). Is it possible to get the same light fitting, made for Australian Electrical standards.

I don't know about your fixture, have you tried googling it in Aus, then contacting them. I have lovely American leadlight set of lights, wired for Aus, I bought them in Drummoyne, Sydney.
