Yes Woodland Grey is a greeny grey, Monument is a charcoal with a slight purple tinge in some lights. Evening Haze is not too bad, have a look at Cove as well. A feature wall of Woodland Grey may break up the rendered walls of Evening Haze.

thanks Brandi, hope these photos have worked. Gutters/fascia don't look quite as green in these photos and the blue posts on deck will be timber once we've completed reno.

Brandi, I don't think we'd be brave enough to go all orange : ) but I do love the photo of the blue/grey walls and orange door.... just need to convince the other half! Definitely something to think about though, as are all the ideas thank you. Thanks Sophie and jbantick, I'll look into those colours you've both suggested and they do look similar actually to a few samples we've already looked at. It's just difficult to picture what an entire house would look like once painted in a particular colour, we didn't think it would be this hard!

@jactheshe, it would be very hard to imagine. Even digital photos of the colours together can look so different. And depending on how your house is situated & how the light plays on it, that changes things again.
I was looking at a picture online of a house using woodland grey with colorbond dune. The dune colour looked completely different to the colour card on the charts.

If you have some large lightweight boards around, I suggest painting them out with colours you're considering. Or getting a large sheet of foam core from office supplies or sign companies and using that. It would be light enough to attach temporarily on the facade & give a better idea of which colour works. That way the angle how the light hits the colour is accurate.

If you still really like the exterior wall colour you originally chose would it be better to repaint the woodland grey gutters & fascia rather than trying to find a colour to coordinate, when you're not that keen on the woodland grey?

Dulux Ecru or it’s slightly darker version Fiji Sands goes perfectly with Woodland Grey. I painted my house in Ecru, window wood trim, lacework, gutters and fascia in Stowe White, then painted front door and metal fence in Woodland Grey. Before I had down pipes and lacework in Woodland Grey. However, I decided that small size house will look a lot classier and larger in Stowe White leaving Woodland Grey on front door and fence. It looks stunning!

I did my exterior in Beige Royal (Dulux) and lexicon quarter and it looks amazing with woodland grey trim

Kim B i have painted our ugly old yellow brick in Beige Royal!!! and the new texture baord and some brick in woodland grey. i am struggling with a final colour for the new front door? any suggestions anyone? thinking a bright kinda aqua or teal???(something fun to go with the predominantly woodland grey at the front) sorry can't post a photo. yet to go to Dulux shop for swatches/suggestions. thanks everyone! really struggling with this!

Can I please see the picture of the Ercu house with woodland gray cutters, or a fiji sands painted house, Is Fiji sands ok for a 1900 villa with woodland gray gutters and warm white facias, maybe Chalk us, stowe white or china with?
