I was originally going to have a totally polar white kitchen with a Caesarstone white top. I have incorporated informal dining with a bench seat and small table into the kitchen design. As I have small children I thought a white bench would be too difficult to keep clean so on the bench seating I have chosen a grey/charcoal colour called asphalt.
This picture is not entirely accurate but gives some idea of the layout:
And on the hood im using another charcoal woodgrain laminate called Black Wenge Ravine. I am worried that this is going to date? Should I just go back to all white? Or maybe a lighter woodgrain? The walls are Dulux white on white. Floors are light worn oak vinyl tile. Flooring
