I painted my cabinets "Grey Matters" by Sherwin Williams and I love it and have gotten tons of compliments. If you want a warmer gray, I also love BM "Revere Pewter" - I went with cooler gray to go with my marble.

And if you're nervous about introducing coppper (or any metallic in case it dates), you can stay with the black (which will show up nicely against the white gloss background). It might be worth seeing how 1/4 strength antique white usa colour looks with Frosty Carina. Or 1/4 or 1/8 strength beige royal?? This colour at full strength is suggested in one of the links. I would let your natural elements shine ..match your wall colour to your classic white laminate and be lazy and paint the same for the ceilings so not to distract from your features or you could use your Caesar stone Urban as an inspiration and choose that colour as wall colour..ie go a bit lighter ..since you can play around with the colours as your room has lots of natural light .. Urban is a nice colour..brownish grey.. personally I'd just go white..
