Comments (13)Thanks Fiona. We'd love to landscape the far side but sadly that is our neighbour's property and the river rock lined area right beside the pool fence is an easement that runs like a creek when we get rain so can't plant in there :). I do plan to sneak in a few more of the Golden Cane palms onto the neighbouring paddock as some have self seeded anyway- hopefully create a nice screen. I have my eye on some nice pots and two lovely wooden loungers with cream cushions, all in budget. But I'll only get them once I decide what to do with the paving area to better blend with the pool surround. I've just had the area pressure washed about 2 weeks ago so my thinking is to go with the repaint in the medium grey and hope we get 5 years out of it....See MoreTo Resurface your kitchen or go brand new?
Comments (5)Hi Vy We offer any standard color, white just seems to be the main choice generally. Cost is generally calculated on a m2 price & incorporate's a few factors like condition/material of panels, gap filing/repair required, are all panels removable or will onsite spraying be required. To give you an idea the average price for kitchen's we resurface is around $2,500-$3,500 Obviously price will vary due to size of kitchen & factors mentioned above however that's a general price range....See MoreWhat type of aggregate pool surface is the best, Gemtex or Beadcrete?
Comments (7)by the way, we had pebblecrete in our pool for 28 yrs. I think it was certainly very hardy ie. bits haven't come off. Algae can grow in the cement bits around the pebbles if you let the chemistry go off like after alot of rain. It was easy enough to scrape off and generally disappeared once I shocked the pool but it did seem to come back in the same spots again if I didn't keep close eye on the chemistry thereafter. The pebbles we had felt a bit roughish under foot, it's not a smooth surface. It was in no way uncomfortable to walk or sit on though. I would get it again, and still might if I don't like the sound of the glass.......See Morekarenleonn
