Is there the option to get a nine drawer dresser instead of a tall boy? BTW...if you want a wall color, how about a golden yellow? It would complement the bedding and the floor/trim. If not a gold color, I think a light gray of the floor grout would look fresh and updated as well.

Good question. There is an agent who i have seen at so many homes over the years (I am a bit of an addict when it comes to Open For Inspections) and his genuine nature has helped convince me of his approachability. However, unless i hear from others that he sells houses without being pushy or two-faced, I would still be careful. So many agents have told my friends to lower their expectations RIGHT BEFORE THE AUCTION! This is manipulative and a nasty move when emotions are so high. If your agent can't back themselves to get you the best price available, you chose poorly.

We built a pool exactly the same, however we didnt use laminated glass but a monolithic piece of 80mm thick Plexiglass 3mx2m from Germany. This reduced the overall cost of the pool considerably. Pool was fantastic and doubled as a water feature when not in use. Incorporating LED lighting allowed the pool to take on the mood of the night. The only downside we found with the pool was that after heaving swimming and sunscreen the waterline of the Plexiglass would need a clean. Other than that it gained lots of comments and was even used for photo shoots and promo work.
