Hi. An office lends itself well in terms of use and a white room is perfect. In terms of styling, I wouldn't worry too much but get some practical furniture. A smart glass desk would look great with some freestanding book shelves would avoid drilling into the walls. You could add a few little accessories around the room, cement and copper are in trend - see images.

Hi there, re the fence my choice would be the same colour as house with either same colour slats or your window surfmist both would look classic, definately NO timber here. Because you are on a corner block I'd be planting a hedge inside the fence with something like Murraya asap, Jim Henson could advise. I would consider Pleaching them up to where the slats start so that you could under plant with something pretty, I'd also consider adding garden lights as per attached photo. plus I would also consider putting "Eye lid" down lights on the exterior posts of the fence, this could add great street appeal for your wonderful very large house (is your whole family moving in. The garage, either same as wall colour or Monument is my choice. cheers,

Here are a few tips to instantly modernise your dining space, without having to replace your dining set: 1) From what I can see, the combination of furniture and artwork you currently have in your dining area, can potentially make this space appear smaller than I think it actually is. Also, the combination of darker colours and timber in a medium size space tend to absorb the light, where lighter colours help reflect the light and make a space feel more vibrant and spacious. Replacing the current artwork with something lighter and brighter, will instantly enhance this space. What height does the window start? You need to make sure that there will be enough height for a mirror so that a tall person can see their head in the mirror. We had a similar dilemma wth a window above the vanity but the window is quite high. Here is a pic....... I like the vanity under the window if height allows with the toilet to the right as you walk in.
