My son and one of his mates bought an investment unit when they were 21, drew up some serious guidelines, sold when they were 25-26 years old and made enough money to add to deposit for their own homes. I was so amazed by their maturity and their rules..they are still really good mates, were in each other's wedding parties and better still their wives like each other as well. They signed their contracts and a mortgage broker worked out their loans, I don't know how it worked but they had separate loans so if one put in extra payments it only benefitted that person

I am so scared of colour but I love this rug & am forever in her debt. I thought my husband was going to have a heart attack when I returned from Bowral (we’re in Old Bar-Taree) with that colourful glass bowl on the glass table. At 67 I have finally accepted colour! Lol. Lose the fish tank unless you need it to de-stress, but put it in another room maybe. Any fish we had, died!! Ooh, you have power points too! 😁x Lorraine

Just make sure that you are comfortable sitting and not in great need of s cushion. Cushions are great, but if relied on for support while prolonged sitting over 20 minutes, forget it and go for good back support. These days the settee are for lounging and lying on not sitting in a comfortable posture. They are often too deep and too low. Best advice, set aside 6 hours for lounge shopping, sit for at least 10 minutes in your choice, keep on going back and having a sit. Never purchase that day, but see how your back is. Then go back. They are an investment in ‘no back’ trouble.
