I don't think so. I'm about to use black handles for my new kitchen, and stainless steel tapware... it's more the style that matters rather than the colour.

Have a look at restorationonline and try to match up . Which State are you in as there may be specialist brass shops ? I know Brisbane does .

I’d have the bolt locks powder coated. It’s not an onerous process once you find some to do them. The window supplier may have an industry contact. Or if you’re handy you can spray paint them yourself. I’m not a fan of black tapware but you don’t need to worry about it matching the window/door hardware a different metal will be fine if that’s the way you choose to go.
