Hi,. Thanks for taking the trouble to write and explain about the dresser/entertainment unit. I agree, I too would use it as a dresser/entertainment unit. Specially since I notice that the drawers are rather deep as against the shallow ones that are available right now,. I too have moved into a brand new apartment close to the city and prefer white as it makes the place look larger. You can add colour with your accessories like colored vases. I have managed to stick to gloss white with a touch of black on my cabinets. EnJoy decorating your new apartment. Best wishes to you too.

You need an apartment size sectional placed with the front towards the fireplace were you can walk behind it it were the new wall will be,have you tried adding more insulation? Rather than give up space? ,also a small credenza to the right of the fireplace with the tv on it would work with new smaller sectional and new placement ,but I would add more insulation and keep the area open

Julie, Minnie looks gorgeous. My Claude was dumped at the school I worked at aged 6 months. Just at that desexing age. He brought me endless joy and was loved by all my neighbours, whom he regularly visited. He was a very out there boy. So gregarious too. He was a darling. I do think he may have been abused at some point though as he had a particular aversion to men with loud voices and sudden movements. My previous moggies all adopted me and were absolute angels. One even saved my dad's life by stopping him from lifting a bale of hay at chest height, that contained a snake! She is a law unto herself and until recently was attacking me around the legs when I failed to meet her very many needs. She is finally learning that I respond to cuddles and smooches and resorting to claws only brings us into conflict. Only cat I have ever had that has been a challenge to bond with. She is getting there and really sweetening up! We even consulted an animal psychologist to get some strategies to deal with her as at one stage I had to keep my back to the wall to walk along my hallway, lest I be attacked! My legs were covered in cat scratches and she would claw me from behind if I was sitting at my kitchen table. Thankfully throughout that ordeal, she never targeted her canine brother in the way she targeted me! My cat loving whippet has just turned 8. He guards Miss Feline and my chooks like a devoted brother. They are so sweet to each other, it melts my heart! Just sent a testamonial off to cobra cane. They are fantastic! My guest dogs also often choose to sleep on it, so I guess it is a camping chair designed for human use, that I actually purchased for the gang to enjoy and for the dog and I to share when we go camping! I also have a few favourite wildlife shots taken on my travels. Wildlife photography is an expensive and sometimes all consuming but rewarding hobby. Displaying a collection of them, not only reminds me of some special close encounters, it also saves me bringing them out to show people on a semi regular basis!
