Before & after: an apartment bathroom

Being on the top floor of a solid double brick apartment building, we had no choice but to keep the existing layout. We also had a tight budget, so this was all done on a shoestring. We kept it simple and cost friendly with a subway tile head to toe and exposed one red brick wall to add character. A custom vanity that was picked up on the cheap and converted to a one of a kind.

Thanks Hanna, it's as green as I could achieve with the look I wanted. The mirror is the previous one with a new surround and the tiles are by Porcelanosa. The towel rail, light fittings, shower enclosure, timber vanity and the grates (shower and floor) are Australian made. The imported granite on the vanity top was cut to size and fitted locally.

Hi bowks77, they are from Tileciti in Dandenong Victoria. I can't remember the exact name of these particular ones, I'm sorry! But they are a textured, matte grey and resemble a bluestone.
