I love window seats. They make you feel like you're in your own private world so you can really loose yourself in thought or a good book or indulge in a good cuddle with your cat or dog. I was tied between 2 and 4. I like a place where I can either stack pillows or lean back comfortably without leaning against the window and I definitely like the added perk of storage.

long weekend in Melb..just drove back from Geelong I'm stuffed.. tomorrow have to drive hubby to airport early..then home to sort out groceries..housework..kids..at night dinner at his brother's house minus him.. Sunday and Monday catch up with the business..make more greeting cards to sell..do stuff that I don't get around to doing like arranging furniture spot cleaning.. work on our trip to Hawaii..pay for tours etc..look for houses for my aunty promised her I would.. as well as try to locate my HIV workshop hand outs as it's important to my area of work and try and summarise and learn it off by heart ie..study.. unpack the boxes that's been there since we moved here 4 years ago lol took them out from the storage area under the apartment 2 weeks ago still sitting in our living area lol trip to the Salvos.. just thinking about it all makes me tired hehehe

We store the seat cushions from the outdoor dining set indoors. I have left the cushions to another setting out as they are under cover on the deck, but will have to store those in garage come Fall because the harsh western sun, wind and rain is wreaking havoc. There are a lot of them and it's a bit of a hike carrying them from one place to another...but it will be good exercise I suppose.

I agree! I bought hubby a very nice record player a couple of years ago and the family gift him some of his favourite albums from way back when....
