Can you post some photos showing what the exterior currently looks like?

In the photo , it looks like a bit of asphalt ( driveway presumably ? ) in the bottom right corner -- a grey , not as dark as monument . That would be the approx shade I would aim for on the tiles . The mission brown isn't too bad ( well , it is , but it doesn't stand out too badly haha ) but it will sort of blend in with the new tile colour . The present green tinge and brown windows not so much . Just me , I'd do something with that door ( and any other main door ) -- maybe a really nice natural wooden door , maybe paint the existing one a bright summery red , yellow or apricot , maybe do the column in a slate . Spend $2k or less and it will turn it from average to thought out IMO . Of course , it looks like that door is open , and it may already have a touch of class , but to me , its a relatively cheap way of adding some style .

Hi, just from trialing paint inside and being sensitive to undertones. It was a few years ago though but I remember Diesku looked very mauve. I recently painted a few rooms in my grandpas house Hogs bristle and it definitely has a slight pink under tone, similar to Antique White. I would suggest getting a Dulux colour expert out to make a suggestion. We have done it & it's worth the money. They will be able to make colour suggestions where the undertone will compliment the woodland grey not clash.

It is 'of a certain era' , and without spending big $$$ , that's always going to be the base , and why not ? I'd take the cue from the lower brickwork , and do the windowsills and gutters in a tone thats more charcoal than brown , but with a slight brown aftertaste . Likewise , I'd redo the upper level in weatherboard , whether its painted , coated , synthetic , but personally I wouldn't mix styles -- scyon or render done in that orange tone will look like an obvious add-on ( yes , I know , the well-worn boards do that too , but look at how the concrete railing has come up with a paint ) . Basically , keep it looking like up-dated period IMO . Basically , get rid of all the green , and the awnings , and work with the orange , the 'interesting' aspect of the brown , the roof , and the small bit of white .
