Hi Tania, Brushed brass may be a tricky one to find - you may be limited to brass, or selecting a custom metallic powdercoat. It's highly likely you will not be able to find a perfect match as they are different products from different manufacturers. Have you could match in as closely with the tile finish as possible rather than creating a feature out of the trim? I specify from Bat trims & DTA generally. It's possible to ask for samples from the manufactures, but they won't be in the specific brass colour you want, will only represent the profile and generally supplied in stainless steel or aluminium. Just came across your unanswered post... did you find some information on this? I'd suggest talking to the manufacturer/supplier for full details. It would depend if the brass is lacquered or unlacquered. Lacquered may keep the original look longer and does not tend to break down by tap water. (Rain water and dust is another story!) Unlacquered brass will patina over time through exposure to air and handling. You will need a rigourous cleaning routine to maintain the original finish (or just let it do it's beautiful thing!). Exposed to water, it does tend to corrode over time as the component metals break down, usually becomes a pink-ish colour. Hope that helps?

The brush nickel taps are more my style, both colour and shape. I tend to find brass a bit old fashioned. But if that is the look going for some can be lovely
