What's your climate and are you a careless cook? I was doing a quick mix of soup once...put it in a container, added water (yeah..it was out of a tin) and then leaned back against the kitchen sink to just stand, chat and shake the mix before putting in the microwave. At some point the lid flew off, and there was soup on 36 louvre blades. Not only did it look like a crime scene, it was as hard to clean as a crime scene. Of course it was tomato soup. So, if you are careless, go for plain option.
