Almost every color out there exists in its cooler version. Depends: are you feeling bold, or would you rather go with a neutral? Is your kitchen big or small? What are the floors in the kitchen? Will it be wood or tile or..? What is the architecture of the house? Traditional is a very broad word..it covers a lot of styles.

great suggestion is to pick out all the materials first, including the backsplash; then check all of them together with the lighting; and in different times of the day too if you can.

I tried to find several palettes that might go with your Quartz and white cabinets, all of them from the cool side of the spectrum.

I might be absolutely off of course, not knowing your taste or the house.

You can decide to have some of these as accents. Or: wood accents will look amazing too, on your countertop. Something like walnut cutting board for example. Your Quartz is beautiful!

I like your idea of backsplash; also you may want to look into glazed ceramic handmade tile, they have lots and lots of different shades, and there is ever so slight variation within the tiles, due to their handmade quality. You still have a classic subway shape, but more choice color-wise.

I know they suggest warmer colors in northern-facing spaces..I'd still check your choices in a given room in a given light.
