We went with Dulux whisper white for our similar style kitchen. It came out a little creamy/warm but not too much, especially with the natural light we get during the day. If I could go back I would possibly go half-strength.

Hi Heather, whatever the selection - we always recommend to have the cabinetry finish match as closely as possible to your wall finish - as to not look like two contrasting whites, you may just consider repainting after you've made the selection. Dulux Natural white or Lexicon Quarter are both very popular selections - and not on the too cold or too warm side either.

We also find that most clients too will mix finishes - for example using a grey for the upper cabinetry, or on the island bench - to create contrast, you may notice that between all white walls, benchtop and sink the white becomes overwhelming!

Thank you Aspire Kitchens. We will need to paint the newly plastered walls and the colour suggested is Grande Coloir Double which is a pale grey (warm). I am thinking Natural White for all cabinetry and maybe Quantum Quartz Alpine White for bench. Splash back tiles I may do a pale grey. Do you think all those will go together? We would then use Natural White half for ceiling in a matt paint and Natural white full in semi gloss for woodwork.

Heather - absolutely those finishes will work together fantastically - you're really picking up on the hamptons trend! You should post up some finished photos, it will look great! Layering colours to achieve that look is key, and keeping to all warm hues with will work very harmoniously together!

Do a Google search on Calcutta marble splash back tile options, or subway grey tiles as you suggest. The Calcutta look is right on trend - we especially love the herringbone style mosaics! The grey hues tie in with all of your other finishes too!

Hi there, a great white for painted kitchen cabinetry is Calcium by Wattyl. It is a lovely soft white without being yellow based. I do love grey kitchens like this one and the best colour for it is Charcoal Grey by Haymes. You can use any brand of paint and get the colour made up to suit. Good Luck.x
