Comments (9)That artwork is fabulous. I think it really suits the room actually - just a few tiny accents of colour around the room and it will be very very nice. I love the cushion suggestions in the above by asquithoatley. Some low, small cement candle bowls with a touch of painted colour could do the trick to tie the artwork to the coffee table.. and a dash of colour or white on the table would do nicely. The table and the artwork really hit it off in this room nicely....See MoreArtwork for my dining room wall
Comments (9)I can totally imagine a large African painting or print, as it would tie in well with the African type decor pieces you already have. for example my African Rain print (1300x870mm), Matumaini (900x900mm) or Suri Girl below. Otherwise if you aren't keen on the African theme. Go for a more feminine piece of art such as my Charlotte paintings below, these are available in large (120-130cm) and smaller (90cm) prints (sorry originals have sold!) For more feel free to visit my website www.rebekahcodlinart.co.nz I ship worldwide at very reasonable prices :) good luck!...See MoreWall art – which is your favourite room?
Comments (13)None of them – too busy, too contrived and really the 'art' feels dismissed and unimportant (and I suspect that that is probably the case – if it were important to you because of beauty or sentiment or genuine interest it wouldn't be relegated to an over-busy wall just to complete some grid or slightly random pattern). I have a lot of paintings, drawings, etchings and photographs around my house but each one is there because it has meaning and adds to my life and aesthetic pleasure. When they have to share a wall I spend time ensuring that each is still able to be seen, appreciated and respected in its own right....See MoreTorn between these 2 pieces of ART - Please help??
Comments (24)The Bally girl has a fun aspect to it and generates energy. I feel it has a good balance of red and black to compliment the white background....See MoreSeewaa
