Joyful House has just begun to have its framing erected and the new extension is beginning to take shape. The process thus far has gone very smoothy. This can be partially attributed to our great working relationship with the builder, who has been engaged with us on the project from the documentation phase.

As architects, we have learnt the importance of communication and collaboration between the different stakeholder groups.
Which has lead us to wonder, does anyone on Houzz have any wonderful or nightmare stories relating to a renovation or build you've undertaken? What are some useful lessons you've learnt through these processes? Would love to hear your thoughts below.
