Looking for an architect specialising in modern 'hampton' style

I love the Hampton style home, and Im keen to bring in a lot of the key design elements in our new home. Does anyone know of an architect or designer/builder in Adelaide who has good experience in this style of home?....

Have you researched the exterior and interior themes you want. You need to set up idea books then choose a recommended architect or building designer to interpret these for you. I don't think it is necessary to find one who specialises in the Hampton's style.

Everything has been plain White and cream and 6o's for soo long, hurray for the individuality of the hamptons - colour and as fancy as you like. After a while all the subdivisions started to look the same, even the floor plans.

Check out weathertex. It’s an Australian product, 25 year warranty, great eco credentials and produces cladding ranging from a federation period profile through to contemporary profiles. Used on lots of different styles of projects. It’s lighter than fibro cement. 97% Australian hardwood, 3% natural waxes, termite resistant, rated to BAL 19. Comes primed, to be painted or natural, with timber like look. I was sceptical when our architect first specified it, then did my research and I’ve changed my mind. Sustainability, durability, price and aesthetics are all important to us so weathertex fits the bill. Worth checking out the website.
