Wall oven or underbench oven?
Comments (7)The look is of course important, but maybe you should consider the functionality first, especially for a kitchen. As you say that you have a bad back, probably the wall oven would be a good choice - and it can look beautiful with the right design, if you have enough space. Comments (4)Hi White Elk, that's helpful although not exactly what I was wanting to do. What I am hoping to do is have a microwave above a double oven. Don't want microwave to be higher than 1450mm at the most, and preferably at 1400 and double oven is 895mm, so base of oven would be at about 500. There some photos in houzz which are bit helpful, but I was wondering if anyone had a similar set-up to what I'm describing. Thanks MmQc...See MoreInstallation height of a double/1.5 wall oven
Comments (2)the answer should be available in writing direct from the designers not the person who answers the phone and can't explain their own safety regulations ...why not choose the brand that allows the oven to be installed to suit you...my built in 45cm tall microwave and 60cm tall wall oven are stacked to suit my height and allow space below for a 40cm tall pot drawer (over the 15cm kick space) and above for a 40cm tall wall cabinet with verticall shelves... expecting to have satisfactory cooking results regardless of the brand i chose the product that offered the neatest looking built in wall oven and matching microwave in my preferred colour, size and installation and Miele was able to do this as i expected and received lots of help from the company to identify exactly how their product could be installed to suit me..good luck with your choice......See MoreI need a wall oven. Comments (4)Agree and could move fridge to left of sink. Why are all the shelves in pantry so narrow? Need some deeper for appliances....See MoreIronwood Builders
