Love the pop of color and animal print rug. A larger colorful picture would make the room more dramatic. A linear print comes to mind. Nice job!

Love some of your furniture Dave. Maybe the large mirrored dresser could move to the wall with the clock and tv. The lounge could spin so it's back was facing the large window ( but not up against it). The chair could stay where it is, just moved to the right of the door, and the Tv, cabinet and clock could move to the wall where the large mirrored dresser is now.

Lovely room but just a bit too much dark timber, I would consider painting the ceiling white down to the picture rail and a soft grey below that including the fire place but excluding the mantel to tie in with your sofa. As you can see grey and timber work beautifully Mount the TV on the wall, the TV stand is too chunky and big for the space a new narrow taller grey or timber side board below to hold drinks and other TV accessories plus a lamp on this in the R/H corner. A new window treatment, timber shutters/Blinds, and a simple large carpet square, herring bone and beige cheers

Like the wall colour & like the bathroom. The problem with these articles that show before & after reno is the 'home' often ends up looking like a display house & I wonder how functional this house reno is as the home given the computer room/office is now a dining room so where are these items now located; the bathroom items the owner originally had hanging near the shower presumably for storage & easy access doesn't seem to be catered for; bedside table has completely different items & less storage (from 3 drawer to one). Certainly some good ideas but doesn't look like a home.
