Sorry for not explaining well! Our vanity is only 75cm wide and has the door on one side and toilet too other side. Rather than having the shaving cabinet line up with the vanity (ie 75cm wide) I wanted to have the shaving cabinet run along the length of the wall (120cm) which would mean it runs behind the toilet. Would this look strange?

standard sort of cabinets that can be installed on the outside or, better still, inside the wall cavity...many sizes and prices available some with matching vanities at most tile and bathroom shops or hardware stores. Bunnings even has one on their website with a round mirrored door and there are plenty of variations to view online. We have several including one with three mirror doors (hinged so that i can see the back of my hair) and a custom made one to fit an akward spot but our good quality off the shelf one was much cheaper (and i think nicer with glass internal shelves) than custom made...good luck with your search

If the hexagon tiles are to be the feature then the wall tiles should not draw attention to themselves. I would go with stacked horizontal as this will make the small room seem wider and it will be a simple grout pattern that won't try and compete with the hexagon mosaic.
