Hi Lainie, I have used removable wallpaper from The Wall Sticker Company in several of my homes and it is reasonably easy to apply - best if you have someone to help hold and smooth it out. It takes a bit of patience but the end result is sooo worth it! It will totally transform a dull space into something special :-) In my experience it also removes easily without damaging the walls, just like they promise. I have been testing some wallpaper samples out in my daughter's room, I first put them up about 12 months ago and have moved them a few times, they peeled off and re-stuck without any trouble. Here's an important warning though - don't attempt to clean the wallpaper or get it wet in any way as the dye will smudge. I have done both full feature walls and lower half wall borders around the whole room, both looked spectacular! Good luck with your decorating project xx.

had to check what it was... I think it will go OK but will be stark. A bt intense. Maybe the lighter shade here - light leather?

Hi Shantell, an interior designer friend in Sydney does use Axolotyl especially for difficult spaces when sprayed metal is required and also on statues. There is a company here in Adelaide I suggested to a client to spray her front door to look like metal, which she loved. I think the name was Adelaide Metal Finishes (I'll try to find it) as they are quite experimental and love a challenge. The other company I love to use where I can is That Metal Company, based in Bowral NSW (www.thatmetalcompany.com.au). They are the exclusive distributors of over 130 speciality metal laminates - 100% metal but very thin so they can be used as a laminate - all vertical and most horizontal surfaces. I would be more worried about the roof design before I started looking at colours. It looks like it has numerous, troublesome box gutters, where two roofs run down to feed a single gutter in the middle. These then need a rain head and downpipe which are not very attractive. There is too much happening in your elevation, it needs to be cleaned up and simplified, probably with a simpler roof form. Think about how gutters, rain heads and downpipes will affect the front elevation. Save the random patchwork effect for when you are building a box-like warehouse in an industrial area where the varied colours are needed to break up the visual mass. Just as I can use word-processor software doesn't mean I can write a best selling book, and I think the same applies to 3D modelling software. Best of luck, Dr Retro of Dr Retro House Calls
