Hi Jennifer, this would be a very very costly exercise - plenty of our clients have achieved a similar look with rectified tiles, utilising a minimal grout line - making the cleaning aspect easier, ultimately you are left with a 1/2mm grout line. It is very minimal! Porcelain panels can also be very expensive too - and there will be added costs involving transport + delivery, as they are heavy and in large sheet sizes. It depends also whether you are building from new, or just renovating - as it may be a bit more difficult to maneuver the large panel into an exiting home. Certainly do your research though - there are lots of options out there - best of luck!

It can either look really dramatic or too dark, depending on the size of the room as well as your other components. I've attached a couple of images of our work using dark tiles, the smaller bathroom we have surrounded the bath with dark tiles but then balance it with an extra large mirror to bounce the light around the room. The larger bathroom we have taken the floor colour way onto the wall but used a different texture on the walls for drama. Hopefully this gives you more of an idea but you shouldn't to nervous of the room being dark, it's where you can create a contrast as well as textures. The bathroom floor tiles which are shiny are the same in the shower unit which make it dangerously slippery. Is there a coating I can put on the shower tiles to make it less slippery?

I should of urgently mentioned before. WHY has the tiler put the narrower tile on the top of the hob. This should be the widest tile, and the side tiles go under that top tile. The way that those tiles have been laid is just opening up for a whole lot of mould wanting to cling to the grout on the top of hob. I have drawn this sketch and a photo to explain.
