Hi chittering5 we used the 25.5cm lights. Our island bench is fairly small at approx 1800x900mm. I actually purchased 3 (at much better price than currently listed) but felt it was too many for the space when I mocked up the (widest) diameter of the lights with paper cut-outs. Trying to decide if I can use the 3rd light in the bathroom or something without it looking lonely....

If you want to stay with the Tiffany look you could try to find some small simple ones like these. Otherwise I like the idea of simple glass pendants with an Edison decorative globe.

We have the black pendants, I thought a photo might help you visualize what your kitchen might look like. Just thought I would mention that at night when the pendants are turned on, the gold interior gives off an orange glow, so your food takes on an orange tint. I've got used to that now, but I didn't expect that. Eventually I would love to change the bar stools they are so comfy but I think they are too clunky looking. Good luck with your choice.

The black is amazing, though I'd worry about crazy patterns over your kitchen bench, and if they're real rattan, about keeping them dust and moisture free. Kitchens get steamy with cooking and dishwashers, so it may not be the greatest choice. Finally (sorry!) I also think they're quite busy to have more than one, I think it would be more spectacular as a single feature. If you love this pendant, could you take one and put it over a corner armchair or similar in your lounge area?
