Furniture placement -help please!
Comments (4)Hi! We'd suggest you place a small sofa facing the fireplace with 2 lounge chairs either side making a U shape, then a coffee table between the fireplace and sofa. You'll need kitchen stools too. 3 meters between the kitchen bench and far wall is tight, you might be able to squeeze in a small round table. Before investing in the furniture, sticky tape large pieces of newspaper then cut them to size to represent the sofa and lounge chairs on the floor. That way you can see what exactly will fit. Comments (35)I'm looking at my Dining space, which is 5400 x 3500, and realised it is bigger than the space in the post. @charlotte you will really have to take a measuring tape to a furniture shop and make sure you purchase appropriate sized furniture. May be a four seater dining table than can extend to six. Maybe a two seater lounge with two single chairs. Again proportional to space. Then if required you can push lounge chairs against the walls and extend your dining table for inside gatherings. Choose colour and texture to add interest and maybe the clear dining chairs as in the attached photo. Make your room interesting with great furniture, then no one will notice the compact size....See More2x small bathrooms furniture placement??

Comments (4)Maybe something like this. Tv unit on the long right hand wall. Then lounge facing that with accent chairs either side. You could also have a long 4-6 seater modular sofa, you have the room. I have shown a 8 seater rectangle dining suite. Just make sure your lounge furniture is away from the walls to allow for walking circulation....See More- 7 years ago
