My sister and I are renovating a large 1970s house which has cedar cathedral ceilings. It has water views. The plan is to rent it out to pay for our parents' aged care. Do you think that a wood laminate in this room would be overkill (I.e. too much wood)? The new kitchen that adjoins the open (ish) plan area will be white.
All advice would be appreciated!!!!
