Love the wooden cabinet in the bathroom! Looks very modern. So does the bath! Great renovation.

It totally depends on their end goal. If they don't have any foresight into selling the home and plan on being there for another 20 years then a second toilet might be the practical solution for them. As someone who is with real estate agents and sellers every day of the week it's far more beneficial on a ROI to have a bath if you're looking at putting the property on the market. 99% of the time when we're discussing which bathroom to shoot we opt for the one with the bath purely because of the bath. Even if that might be the original bathroom and the ensuite has been renovated.
