We have a block of land, where there's a street at the front and at the rear. Houses nearby have been built to face rear street (where the back of house will face north)
This seems logical, however we were always planning to face frontwards, thereby front of house will face north. We plan to have bedrooms and lounge room along front
Is this something we will regret later? will this decision affect resale? we know north creates warmth and energy saving etc, however - across the entire back of house, we planned a pergola - so.... if that WAS to face north - how much northern sun would enter house?
Please help!!!
