I thought it part of their Melbourne series but cannot find it either. Im not sure what else to suggest. There is a company that matches the existing and paints the new brick. Quite expensive apparently but can't pick new from old so could end up being not to bad. Rendering and painting adds up quickly so really isn't the cheap compromise many believe. Could use a completely different brick which has been done as well, selective cladding, etc.. You could reuse some existing bricks if they're being removed to allow the new works. Many builders and bricky's don't like the labour of cleaning bricks so it could be worthwhile doing it yourself or hiring in a labourer to do it for you. Note that some bricks can't be cleaned due to the mortar used so check it first.

I have doeskin window frames and I would like to paint external brick in Dulux green glacier quarter - do you think this would work? Any suggestions please, the gutters and downpipes are in Classic Cream. Thank you. Alida

Nerida, I would probably use Dulux Vivid White, which is better than Dulux Whisper White for trim as it is a purer white. Woodland Grey will work with gutters and downpipes, although with the yellow tones of the brickwork I would get samples of other colours in the blue/grey range which will counterbalance the yellows. Colorbond Deep Ocean and Colorbond Ironstone could be options. The underside of your verandah looks like it may have been stained timber at one stage, but has been painted brown and concealed any grain? I can't quite make it out from the photo? If this is the case then consider a fresh paint colour such as a quarter strength of your gutter and downpipe colour. There is no rule saying that all eaves have to be white.
