Hi, Yes that would be correct. Sorry, I assumed you were more local. Essentially there is no reason why a local manufacturer could not replicate this door.
Because of the size of the door it was manufactured with an internal steel frame, however, if you have a standard door this will not be necessary. A standard solid-core external door will do.
Basically all you need to specify is a horizontal veneer (we used blackwood, but I'm not sure what is available in Alaska). There are 3 horizontal stainless steel blades rebated into the door.
We also had door seals rebated into all edges because of the pivot mechanism, and a drop down seal at the bottom.
