Large country, dispersed relatively low population (to area) ratio, massive infrastructure cost per head, a working population taxed relatively high.........all up bad combination heading down an unsustainable path. Until there's regulation to promote quality an sustainability, such as either a tax introduced to discourage poor development, or tax benefits to promote enduring sustainable development, nothing much is going to change unfortunately.
