Hello,
I would appreciate your opinion/advice on my thoughts tp revisit the external colours. The house is still in stage 1 (Slab) of building phase and I have time to make changes. A draft plan of the front house is pasted below.
Colorbond roof, Pipes/gutters, Window frames: Monument. Render colour 2/3rds front of house: Taubmans manhatten. Facebrick garage area: Tiger eye PGH brick. Front door: WINWS 19H, with a timber stain (yet to be decided). Garage door: B&D panelift with a timber coat (yet to be decided). Merbau Timber beams and rafters: stain yet to be decided
I would like to mainly make changes to the render/facebrick and introduce a lighter colour throughout to bring out the timber coat/stain from the garage door, front door and beams/rafters? As such, here's what I'm thinking:
Render all the front house with a colour in the White spectrum (advice on a colour
Choose the right timber coat for garage door and stain on the front door and beams to blend with the render? Do I need a feature wall? Is this too plain?
I have also pasted the plan from a bird's eye view of the house
