I have two fiddle leaf figs and the leaves look like this when growing, once grown they are glossy green. I figured this was normal?!

I have one of those Monika and I would venture to say that you wouldn't be able to cut it flat because with everything around everywhere having the waved top it would look really odd I think, and I doubt whether you would be able to paint it at least until the development is well over or you could find the developers all over you, along with residents who like yourselves have signed to agree to the covenants. A lot of people enter into these developments because there is a better chance of people looking after their properties however I will say that I am the only owner occupied in my part of the street, and I am forever weeding everyone else's garden, picking up the rubbish blown from the sea breeze on new builders not looking after their rubbish and the renters chucking empty beer bottles where they have sat on the steps drinking and throw the bottles into the garden and I actually water the rental alongside me as our gardens join, as yours probably does, and they refuse to water it. I want my place to look nice and if left to these renters it would look like homeless shelters. I think the tall pots and something like the black bamboo could look really good :)

yazrav wanted the ens next to the central courtyard with outdoor shower for access to the hot tub for communal use, swopping the kitchen and pantry was to create more space for the bigger island for family crowds, add some privacy to the courtyard and reduce the south western glass...the dining table in my plan is 3m long and the extra small room off the master suite makes an ideal nursery with space for biw, large cot, nursing chair and change table and in the big study i've added a wall to wall 75m deep desk and overhead wall to wall shelves with space under the desk for drawers, storing bean bags and there's office chairs and full height wall to wall bookshelves at the other end

Hi there, I have a teddy bear magnolia which had beautiful lush green leaves when I first got her. I live In an apartment and the nursery said this wont be an issue as long as I plant her in a big pot and keep her well drained and plenty of sun light. She lost her leaves last winter due to the cold and also experienced some issues with Gnats but I changed her soil and added the Gnat barrier as well as some fertiliser She hasn’t produced any leaves since then and I have tried everything so wanted to reach out on this platform in case anyone has experienced the same thing and could offer some much needed advice, not ready to give up on her just yet. Hoping you can help, much appreciated!!
